1. Do you service my area? If you're located in an unorganized or rural area within about 225 km of Thunder Bay including Kaministiquia, Shuniah, Lappe, Gillies, Nolalu, and nearby communities, we likely service you! Use our signup form to check your address. 2. How often do you pick up garbage? We offer weekly garbage pickup, year-round. Simply place your bags out the morning of your scheduled day, and we’ll handle the rest. 3. Any instructions? Bring garbage to the end of the driveway. Please use heavy duty garbage bags only. No yard and leaf waste. Use only garbage cans or bags. NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE ONLY. 4. What types of subscription plans are available? We offer: - 1-Month Plan – Great for short stays or trial - Monthly Recurring – Flexible, auto-billed - Camp Season Plan (May 15 – Oct 15) – One-time seasonal rate - Annual Plan Recurring is Best value All plans include our Crow & Animal Protection Guarantee. 5. Do I need to be home for pickup? Nope! As long as your garbage is out and accessible, we’ll pick it up without contact or disruption. 6. What is the Crow & Animal Protection Guarantee? If wildlife (like crows or raccoons) gets into your garbage before we arrive, we clean it up — no extra charge. It’s included with all subscriptions. 7. How do I pay? You can pay securely online by credit card or bank (PAD)when available. Subscriptions are auto-billed monthly or yearly based on your plan. 8. Can I pause service if I’m away? Yes. If you’re away from the property, you can pause service through your customer portal or by contacting us directly thru email. (must give 1 week notice) 9. What about large or bulky items? For big items or one-off dump runs, contact us. We may offer custom pickups for an additional fee depending on your location. 10. Do I have to tag my Bags? For the moment, you do not have to tag your bags.
